Promo Regulation “Boomerang Effect” – Luxya Global

Validity Period:
From May 1st to May 31st, 2025

Eligible Participants:
The promotion is reserved for newly registered Luxya Partners.

How It Works:

• An existing Partner registers a new Partner during the month of May 2025.

• The new Partner places their first activation order of at least 50 PV within 7 days of registration with advance payment.

• In June, by placing another order of at least 50 PV with advance payment, the new Partner will receive for free the same products (one per reference) that they ordered in May in their first order, excluding promotional products.

• The value comes back—just like a boomerang!

Example:
In May, the new Partner places a first order of 149.18 PV within 7 days of registration:

• 3 Hyaluronic Acid Face Serums

• 1 Moisturizing and Firming Body Cream

• 1 Gold Cacao Shake

• 3 Aloe MMA

In June, with a new order of at least 50 PV, they will receive for free:

• 1 Hyaluronic Acid Face Serum

• 1 Moisturizing and Firming Body Cream

• 1 Gold Cacao Shake

• 1 Aloe MMA

Conditions:

• The gift is only valid if a second order of at least 50 PV is placed in June 2025.

• Payment must be made in advance (via Stripe, PayPal, or E-wallet).

• The free products will match exactly the references purchased in May (same format/variant).

• No product changes or substitutions are allowed.

• The promotion cannot be combined with other offers.

• It is valid only for new Partners with an active registration in May 2025.

• Upon registration, the new Partner must upload their documents and sign the agreement letter.

Likewise, registering family members who are not truly interested in the business just to receive free products is not allowed.
If irregularities or non-compliant behavior are detected, the company reserves the right to revoke the right to gifts and take any actions permitted by internal regulations.
